AI Media Policy

1. What we generate

Videos created on ReelGenius can include AI-written scripts, AI text-to-speech voiceovers, AI avatar presenters, and AI-selected or AI-edited visuals. This output is synthetic media.

2. Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content where the law or the publishing platform requires it (for example, platform labels for synthetic or altered media).

Avatar presenter videos depict AI-generated likenesses, not real footage of a person, unless you supplied your own footage.

3. Consent for likenesses

You may only create media using a real person's face or voice with their explicit, documented consent. See our Voice Cloning Policy for voice-specific rules.

4. Prohibited synthetic media

No deceptive deepfakes, no impersonation of real people without consent, no fabricated events presented as real news, and no synthetic media designed to defraud, defame, or mislead.

5. Claims in generated ads

You are responsible for the accuracy of product, health, and financial claims in the videos you publish. Our compliance tooling flags risky claims, but it does not replace your review.

6. Enforcement

We review reported content and remove synthetic media that violates this policy. Repeat or severe violations result in account termination.
